Terms of Service

This application is provided under a standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Users are responsible for ensuring their custom uploaded backgrounds do not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and do not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use of the app.

All custom preset data and images are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you upload.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of Set the Vibe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is distributed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
